Service Agreement

All services are provided after signing a formal service agreement. Once signed, it is a binding agreement between Clara Care and the client. 100% payment of the agreed amount must be made at the time of signing the agreement. This advance payment will be adjusted in the last month of service.

Payment Terms

• Monthly bills must be paid by the 5th of each month.
• No payment discussions or deals directly with staff; all payments go through Clara Care.

Service Scope

• Staff provide patient care, elderly care, and baby care only.
• Staff are not responsible for general household chores unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and clean environment for staff.
• Maintain respectful behavior toward staff at all times.
• Check staff bags or belongings when leaving the house; objections without proof will not be accepted.
• Report any issues with staff to official Clara Care staff only.

Staff Responsibilities

• Clara Care ensures qualified and trained staff are provided for the agreed service.
• Staff follow professional care standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality rules.

Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation before signing is fully refundable.
• After signing, cancellation may incur charges as per agreement.

Confidentiality

• All patient information is strictly confidential.
• Staff are trained to respect privacy at all times.

No Personal Dealings

• Clients cannot hire or make personal arrangements with staff outside the official service agreement.
• All services must go through Clara Care to ensure quality, safety, and accountability.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing the service agreement or using Clara Care services, the client agrees to follow all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
